We Started During COVID (Because We're Slightly Crazy)
March 2022. COVID lockdowns. Salzburg, Austria. While everyone else was closing their doors, Martin opened a single window in Salzburg's historic Old Town. 187 square feet. No seating. No food. Just exceptional coffee through a window.
People thought we were crazy. Turns out, we were crazy good at coffee.
82,000+ beverages served annually. 85 Falstaff points. Top 100 coffee shops in Austria. All from a space smaller than most American closets.
The Simple Truth About Coffee
American coffee has a problem. Everyone tries to do everything. Coffee shops serve sandwiches, smoothies, pastries, lunch, dinner, and oh yeah, maybe some coffee too.
We do one thing: coffee. The best f***ing coffee you've ever tasted.
Single origin beans from Ethiopian and Brazilian farms we actually visit. Roasted in small batches with equipment that costs more than most people's cars. Prepared by people who care about every extraction temperature, every grind size, every pour.

From Salzburg to Berlin to Houston
After proving our concept in Salzburg, we expanded to Berlin. Same window service. Same obsession. Same results.
Now it's America's turn.
We're starting in Houston with our first American location: a food truck that brings Austrian coffee excellence directly to you. No brick-and-mortar overhead. No compromises on quality. Just exceptional coffee where you need it most.
Houston is also our American Waffolino production hub. This is where we'll handcraft every waffle cone for our signature cappuccino-in-a-cone experience. From Houston, we'll supply Only Coffee locations across America.
